Before start talking about Jamalpur let me give a small intro about the city. The city Jamalpur is situated at eastern part of Bihar and it is a remarkable place for the largest workshop of east Indian railway, Jamalpur was the first engine changing station, Jamalpur is also highlighted in the world map for the same, India's biggest training center is situated their.
Now lets start talking about Jamalpur, When you are coming form southen part you can see DAV Public School Jamalpur, On the left it is around 10 kms form Jamalpur Junction Railway station. When you reached the station you can see a lots of modern arts in the wall of the railway station,
Once you are out of the station, you can see a station entrance gate on the right and their is a big hooding of Idea Telecommunication (Welcome to Jamalpur written on it along with a photo of Abhishek Bacchan) now you are in Station road, now you can see a tailoring shop named Dressco the oldest tailoring shop in Jamalpur, after moving 20-25 steps you can see some good cloth showrooms, now you are in Jublee whell the biggest landmark of Jamalpur it is a round about one road is going towards Munger another towards east colony and third on towards Sadar Bazar now we are moving towards east colony. Once on the railway bridge you get an idea of the expanse of Jamalpur!! The white building you see with a NtD on top is Notre Dame Academy. So now you see the Albert Road on the left after the National Institute(it is a Cinema Hall) ,you have the austere Notre Dame School building rising out and then the post office in front and the I.W(Inspector of Works) office in the right.
